We were delighted to formally launch our Trust Career Development Programme this month, Heading Up!

A cohort of 27 members of staff from across the Trust will be mentored and supported throughout the next 12 months, as they progress through our unique Leadership Programme. 

The course launch was at the St Thomas Centre in Northampton. It was a successful and fun afternoon and a valuable opportunity for the delegates to get to know one another and share their ideas as they embark upon their course. They will be closely supported and mentored throughout. 

It is a free course that supports, enables and inspires the upcoming leaders of our Catholic Community of OLICAT Schools. Staff at all starting points within their careers are encourged to apply.
