We support you in your career pathway and encourage staff at all levels to apply for the dynamic Heading Up Pathway, which is a bespoke Leadership Development Programme, written and delivered by our School Improvement Team for staff in our Trust. The programme supports, enables and inspiring the upcoming leaders of our Catholic Community of OLICAT Schools. 

We also have a programme of support and development for our Early Career Teachers (ECT) and work closely with our teacher training partners to provide ITT student placement opportunities across Primary and Secondary schools in our Trust.
